My research focuses on how enzymes work; to do this I use a range of spectroscopies and biophysical techniques in conjunction with X-ray crystallography. My primary interests lie in using time resolved crystallography to observe turnover in protein crystals, allowing us to see how the position of atoms change during catalysis, at atomic resolution.
